Our 2-Year Warranty ensures your Ana Luisa purchase is fully protected for two years from the original purchase date. Though we extensively test our products, our warranty covers tarnishing, water damage, and breakage. We want our customers to shop with total confidence!
If you’re based in the United States, you can submit a warranty claim by following these steps:
1. Enter your order number and the email address associated with the order.
2. You’ll see instructions on the screen to file a 2-Year Warranty claim. This will ask you to select an issue type and include at least one photo (no videos). Please note our team reviews these claims carefully. The more you share, the better!
3. You'll have the option to receive a one-time replacement or store credit. Choose whichever option you prefer and proceed to submit the claim.
Our team will approve your claim based on the information you've provided. Once we approve your claim, you'll receive an email confirmation with details on your replacement or store credit.
If you are experiencing an issue with your jewelry and it was purchased within the last two years, contact our team with a description of the issue and a photo or video of what you’re experiencing. Please include the original order number. Upon evaluation, we’ll send a one-time replacement or issue reimbursement (subject to your location and current product availability).
I got a permanent bracelet/anklet at your store. Does the 2-Year Warranty apply?
Please note permanent jewelry is not covered by our 2-Year Warranty. If your permanent jewelry breaks or falls off within the first 60 days, we will reattach it free of charge. If you'd prefer to have the bracelet or anklet welded back on after 60 days, we can do so for a fee of $20 (plus tax). Simply book an appointment and bring your jewelry with you. Our team will reattach it in a flash!
I received a free gift with my purchase. Does the 2-Year Warranty apply to this product?
Any product received as a gift with purchase (through an in-store or online promotion) is not covered by our 2-Year Warranty. We appreciate your understanding.
I bought something at one of your sample sales. Is it covered by any warranty?
Any purchases made at our sample sales (hosted by Ana Luisa or through 260 Sample Sale) are not covered by our 2-Year Warranty.
Do you offer repairs?
At this time, Ana Luisa is not able to repair broken or damaged jewelry.
