Real impact doesn’t happen in isolation. We work alongside a trusted network of certified partners, experts, and scientists who uphold our standards, guide our decisions, and hold us accountable every step of the way.
From sourcing to production, quality testing, and design, we take responsibility across our entire value chain. That means working only with partners who share our commitment to ethical practices and ensuring that every person involved in bringing our jewelry to life is treated with respect, fairness, and dignity.
In addition to meeting all state and local requirements, all suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors are required to comply fully with Ana Luisa’s Vendor Code of Conduct.
We hold our supply chain to high standards and use our influence to support safe, fair, and respectful working conditions at every stage of production. Our Code of Conduct outlines expectations for fair treatment and compensation, covering areas such as labor practices, wages and benefits, health and safety, environmental responsibility, and ethical business conduct.
100% of our Tier-1 suppliers are audited and compliant with Ana Luisa’s standards, and we continue to expand vetting across our Tier-2 suppliers. We work directly with manufacturers and raw material vendors to map our supply chain—confirming where, how, and by whom our products are made.
Circularity
Creating more responsible jewelry means thinking beyond design and taking ownership of what happens after a piece is made.
We actively manage the end of life of our products by prioritizing reuse, donation, and responsible recycling. Since 2021, we’ve donated over 10,000 pieces of jewelry, extending their life and reducing waste—helping avoid an estimated 10,242 kg of CO₂e emissions and saving more than 614,000 gallons of water.
Pieces that can’t be resold are thoughtfully evaluated and redirected through sample sales, nonprofit donations, or responsible recycling programs. This circular approach allows us to keep materials in use longer and out of said landfills.
